CurrentMM Services

You have built something real. Most people stop there.

The Problem

You have an audience. You have a message. You have a body of work.

What you don't have is a system that turns all of it into something that compounds.

Most established artists, authors, and creators are sitting on more leverage than they realize.

The catalog is underperforming.

The book exists, but the platform around it never got built.

The audience showed up, but nobody built the infrastructure to keep them and grow them. The brand is recognizable, but the revenue does not reflect it.

That is not a talent problem. It is an infrastructure problem.

What We Do

CurrentMM works with established artists, authors, and content creators who are ready to stop leaving money and influence on the table.

We are not a management company. We are not a marketing agency. We are not consultants who hand you a report and disappear.

We are a strategic partner. We come in, assess what you have built, identify what is missing, and build the architecture that takes you to the next level.

29 years. Billions of streams. Sold-out tours and arenas. Authors at major publishing houses.

That is the track record behind everything we do.

Who we work with

Established artists with a catalog, a fanbase, and no clear plan for what comes next.

Authors who have a book or a platform but have never built an ecosystem around their message.

Content creators with a real audience who want to turn that audience into a sustainable business.

Faith-adjacent voices who are crossing into mainstream markets and need someone who has done it before.

Latino creators in English, Spanish, or both who need a partner who actually understands both markets.

If you are still building the audience, we are probably not the right fit yet.

If you have the audience and no architecture, this is exactly what we do.

what this looks like

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic. We look at seven dimensions of your brand and business:

  • Who you are and who you are for

  • What you have built and what it is actually worth

  • Where the gaps are between your current reach and your potential reach

  • What your catalog, content, and IP are doing and what they should be doing

  • What your revenue looks like and what it could look like

  • What your audience relationship looks like and how to deepen it

  • Where you want to be in three years and what it takes to get there

We do not share the methodology publicly. If you want to see how it works, the conversation starts by filling out this form: Let’s talk

Proof of concept

Christine D'Clario. 2 billion streams. Built the infrastructure that took her to be one of the most-streamed Christian worship artists in the Spanish-speaking world. Distributed through The Orchard in Spanish and CCMG in English.

Tommee Profitt. The Birth Of A King Live concert film/album recording. The Fischer Center. 1,400 tickets. Sold out in under 24 hours. Four years later, two nights at Bridgestone Arena. 14,000 seats per night. Live Nation.

Authors placed at major Christian and mainstream publishing houses. Literary clients across memoir, inspirational nonfiction, faith-based business, and bilingual titles.

The work speaks for itself.

How we get paid

Every engagement is scoped based on what you actually need. There is no one-size package.

Retainer plus performance. That is the standard structure. You pay for the work. We share in the upside when the results justify it.

Flat-fee project work for defined-scope engagements.

Literary representation at 15% commission for authors pursuing traditional publishing deals.

The right structure for your situation gets determined in the first conversation.

Who is behind this

JR Montes. Founder, CurrentMM.

29 years in the music industry, book publishing, film, and creator platform development. Not as a coach. Not as a consultant. As the person in the room when the deal gets made.

Live concert film production for artists, comedians, and concept events, including Tommee Profitt's Birth of a King (2022).

Active relationships with major labels, publishers, distributors, Live Nation, and independent operators across the US and Latin America.

This is not a program. This is a partnership.

Is this right for you

You are a fit if:

  • You have a real audience and no clear plan for what to do with it

  • Your catalog or body of work is underperforming, and you know it

  • You are crossing into a new market and need someone who has done it before

  • You are ready to invest in infrastructure, not just marketing

  • You want a partner who has been in the room and closed deals, not someone who read about it

You are not a fit if:

  • You are looking for someone to build your audience from scratch

  • You want a short-term campaign, not a long-term strategy

  • You are not ready to have an honest conversation about what is working and what is not

Every engagement starts with a conversation.
